The Catholic Big Sisters & Big Brothers (CBSBB) is proud to host the 11th annual October Ball on Saturday, October 4, 2008. This black tie fundraiser attracts approximately 800 young, professional New Yorkers, ages 25-39, raises money and awareness, and draws in new mentors for the organization. The event will be held at the Racquet & Tennis Club, located at 370 Park Avenue.
CBSBB is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization founded in 1902. We are dedicated to fulfilling our century old mission to make a positive difference in the lives of boys and girls and their families regardless of religion, ethnicity or gender. We provide one-to-one mentoring, family counseling and skill based programs that enable children to reach their greatest potential. CBSBB takes pride in empowering single-parent children and teens to meet goals through professionally supported skill based programs with caring volunteers.
